Information you choose to provide

If you join the DuePlanR+ early-access list, the website asks for your name, email address, and the area of DuePlanR+ you are most interested in. We use this information to provide product progress, testing opportunities, early-access information, and launch-related updates. If you request a DuePlanR+ Private Beta license from the desktop application, the request may include your optional name, your email address for license delivery, the DuePlanR+ version, a machine request code derived from the Windows installation for license binding, and the request timestamp. The license request does not include the contents of your DuePlanR+ financial plan.

Website and form service providers

The DuePlanR+ website is hosted using third-party infrastructure, including Netlify. Information submitted through the early-access form or the Private Beta license-request form is processed through that service so EchoQuantix can receive and manage submissions. Hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as request, device, browser, network, or security-related data.

Website analytics

The DuePlanR+ website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referring source, and interactions with the site. This information is used in aggregate to measure website traffic, understand which content is useful, and improve the website. EchoQuantix does not intentionally send bank credentials, account numbers, card numbers, Social Security numbers, or the contents of a DuePlanR+ household financial plan to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics is provided by Google. Google's handling of data is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

EchoQuantix does not sell personal information submitted through the DuePlanR+ early-access or Private Beta license-request forms. The current DuePlanR+ website is not designed around behavioral advertising or the sale of visitor profiles. Google Analytics is used for website measurement and product-site improvement, not to sell early-access information.

Retention

Early-access information may be retained while it remains reasonably useful for DuePlanR+ product updates, testing, launch communications, or related recordkeeping. Private Beta license-request records may be retained while reasonably useful for issuing, replacing, supporting, or auditing Beta licenses. You may ask us to remove information you submitted through the website by contacting us at the address below.

Children's privacy

The DuePlanR+ website and early-access list are not directed to children under 13, and EchoQuantix does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through this site.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the website, product, or service providers change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
